Good Evening Might Hurricane Families!

A HUGE THANK YOU for  stepping up for our volunteer roles at Mock Meet to make the meet a success for our swimmers tomorrow. For new Hurricane Families, you're joining a group who's ready to help new families learn the ropes and by Saturday, we will be old friends. If you have signed up for a role but are unsure what to do, please ask. We are happy to answer questions. Hated what you did at Mock Meet and want a different role for future meets, reach out and let's get you adjusted. We want parents to enjoy the experience as much as our swimmers. Please see the attached pdf for a reminder of what you are signed up to do Wednesday afternoon. Remember: swimmers should arrive by 4:30pm. The meet is scheduled to start at 5pm. 

Remember, if you are unable to work your volunteer time slot, it is your responsibility to get someone to fill in for you. Please communicate changes with me if at all possible so that we know who to be looking for.
