Good Afternoon Hurricane Families,

Congrats to all on a great Mock Meet, now on to the regular season! Attached is the volunteer assignment info for tomorrow's Splash. Please review as we have changed to one session for the day since the meet will move along much faster with fewer heats and your assignment may have been updated. I tried to keep folks in the same or a similar role as much as possible. Please make sure to stay at your position through the end of the meet so that all aspects of the meet are covered.

Updates & Reminders:

-Friday night setup is at 9pm going forward.

-You must sign in at the Volunteer Table just past the gates in Tent City so that you get any position updates and your volunteer lanyard, as well as credit for your shift. Please return lanyards at the end of your shift.

-Please note that going forward, if you miss your volunteer shift, you will be charged the $100 Service Hour Obligation fee. If you cannot fulfill your shift, it is your responsibility to find coverage and communicate that coverage to me so that we can make sure that all roles are covered for a successful meet.

-The Timers and Stroke & Turn meeting will be at roughly 7:45am. You need to have signed in ahead of that meeting. Please make sure that you are on deck behind the blocks when the meeting is called. You must attend this meeting each time that you volunteer in this capacity.

-Team Area Parents help with keeping kiddos from being too rowdy in Tent City and making sure that missing swimmers are found and shepherded to Clerk of Course area. Please help our Hurricane family by helping watch kiddos whose parents are volunteering as well as helping Team Area Parents when we are looking for missing swimmers, etc.
