Good Morning Hurricane Families!

It is hard to believe but we are less than a month out from Champs and the End of Season Banquet! With these 2 events coming up, we are starting to collect donations for the Champs 2025 Philanthropy Project and Coaches' Gifts.

1st, we are raising funds for the Shawn D. Delifus Foundation, https://shawnddelifus.com/, a local foundation invested in teaching swimming & life skills to underserved youth of Jacksonville. Each team in our swim league is battling to see who can raise the most money by Champs. We ask that you consider helping the Hurricanes come out on top by dropping donations into the yellow bucket at upcoming practices and events. Prefer to send a Venmo donation? Use our team handle to donate, @SH-Hurricanes-Swim, and label your donation "Delifus."

The 2nd fundraising effort to wrap up the season is focused on a thank you gift for our AMAZING coaching staff! These coaches pour into our Hurricanes Swimmers on and off the pool deck and we want them to know that, without them, we would not be the fearsome storm we are! Donations may be dropped into the bucket with the purple lid at upcoming events and practices, or sent via Venmo with a "coaches' donations" label to the team Venmo, @SH-Hurricanes-Swim. As well, RSVPs are now open for the End of Season Banquet, please go in and RSVP as soon as possible to help us with planning. More details to come soon.
