Good Evening Might Hurricane Families!

A HUGE THANK YOU for stepping up for our volunteer roles at Mock Meet to make a successful event for our swimmers tomorrow. When reviewing, you will see that we still have many, many holes. If we do not have someone for these holes, our swimmer cannot swim. If you have not already signed up, please make sure to do so ASAP. For new Hurricane families, you're joining a group who's ready to help new families learn the ropes and by Saturday, we will be old friends. If you have signed up for a role but are unsure what to do, please ask. We are happy to answer questions. We want parents to enjoy the experience as much as our swimmers. Please see the attached pdf to double check what you are signed up to do Wednesday afternoon.

Remember, if you are unable to work your volunteer time slot, it is your responsibility to get someone to fill in for you. Please communicate changes with me if at all possible so that we know who to be looking for. Please note that I am a teacher and will not be available via email tomorrow so if you need me, please text and I will answer during class changes. REMEMBER: this is an all-hands-on-deck meet, there is no other team to help us.
