We take on the Shearwater Sharks on Saturday morning in our first dual meet of the 2026 season!

Attached you will find 3 files.  These files are also posted on the Shearwater meet in the calendar on our website.  You will find our entries, a psych sheet, and a welcome letter/heat sheet.  The welcome letter contains a parking map and timelines for Saturday morning.

Parking will be an issue on Saturday morning.  There is an event happening in the MPR during our meet.  We have been asked not to park in the parking lot.  We encourage all families to carpool or use alternate transportation modes if possible.  Parking will be available at Baptist and the day care if you are driving.

Swimmers must be on site by 645a.  Swimmers should immediately check in with coaches and be ready to stretch at 650a.  Parents should check in at the volunteer table upon arrival/setup in tent city.

Volunteer meetings will be at 745a near the Starter table so we can start our meet promptly at 8a.  Our goal is to be done as quickly as possible to not disrupt the group using the MPR.

Swim Meet Rules:

• There is no photography behind the blocks or at the opposite end of the pool during younger swimmer relays
• If not volunteering, parents should not be behind the blocks.  Please allow our coaches, junior coaches, and volunteers to have your swimmers in place for their race
• The splash pad and playground are closed to swimmers during the event
