Dear Swim Families,

We wanted to provide an important update regarding tomorrow's swim meet.

Unfortunately, the meet will now be an intrasquad meet with only our team participating. Over the past several weeks, both teams worked diligently to resolve the insurance certificate requirements with our HOA. Despite everyone's best efforts and cooperation, we were ultimately unable to find a solution that satisfied both the insurance company and the HOA's requirements.

While we are disappointed that we won't be hosting the visiting team, there are a few positives. Since we will be the only team at the facility, our families will be able to utilize the amenity parking lot, and the meet should move much more quickly than a traditional dual meet. 

Peter is currently revising the heat sheets to reflect this change and will send out the updated version later this evening.

Because we won't have volunteers from another team helping to run the meet, we will need additional support from our swim families to fill volunteer positions and ensure the meet runs smoothly. If you are available to help, please consider signing up for a volunteer role. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and will help make the event a success for our swimmers.
