Good Afternoon Hurricane Families,

My deepest apologies that I did not send this email yesterday. Attached is a reminder of who is is volunteering where and when tonight, starting at 4:30 with setup. For those unsure of the flow, tonight will work as follows:

Pep Rally Starts @ 5:30pm

• swimmers should gather in the tent city field for coaches to organize swimmers into teams
• swimmers will participate in 3-4 team building games
• everyone will move to the soccer fields for swimmers to run through the gauntlet and do the team cheer
• dinner on the pool deck - $5 gets you a hotdog, chips, and a drink - cash or venmo on site
• after dinner parents will gather for a meeting and last minute reminders
